These terms and conditions regulate the use of the www.vistaviebebe.be website of BVBA CD COLLECTION with company number BE0809107682 and registered office at 9300 Aalst, Belgium to French Roucelstraat 3 (hereinafter referred to as “the seller”). The terms and conditions of sale also apply whenever a reservation or order via the webshop of the Vis Ta Vie Concept Store is placed via www.vistaviebebe.be.

The website of BVBA CD COLLECTION was commissioned by and is managed by the seller. Users are allowed to view and print the information on the site free of charge for personal use but not for commercial purposes.

Any person who places an order on the website (hereinafter referred to as ‘ the customer ‘), confirms the order by a natural person and Furthermore, legally competent.

Act (at home) should be represented by their legal representative who is also bound by these terms and conditions and the order form to fill in themselves or the legally incompetent to do explicit consent. Placing the order means a payment obligation.

  1. Offer and order

An order by individuals can only be placed through www.vistaviebebe.be.

Orders via the website shall be deemed to be for non-professional purposes. These general terms and conditions of sale apply only to consumers within the meaning of Book VI of the code of economic law, as inserted by the law of 21 december 2013 on the insertion of Book VI “market practices and consumer protection” in the code of economic law and on the inclusion of the definitions peculiar to Book VI, and of the law enforcement provisions of Book VI, in the books I and XV of the code of economic law , (BS 30 december 2013; err., b.s. 20 January 2014, err., b.s. 18 March 2014, err., BS 24 March 2014). Traders who wish to place an order for professional purposes, if applicable, to the customer service or via the website www.cdcollection.be.

The seller undertakes to process orders placed on the site while supplies last and within the limitations laid down in these terms and conditions. The online order can be processed only if the customer has clearly identified in accordance with art. 9.

The seller reserves the right to refuse orders in the event of a serious presumption of abuse or lack of good faith, serious suspicion of unacceptable commercial purposes or for the seller if stocks of a particular article.

An order is only final after the acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, the prices and the description of the offer. If anything in the offer or after order would be insufficiently clear, the customer can always contact us for further information by e-mail to info@vistaviebebe.be. All questions are answered as soon as possible.

  1. Payment

The prices are those stated on the website at the time of the order. All prices are including 21% VAT, except for intra-Community shipments to holders of a VAT number, where a sales tax rate of 0%. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the passed sales tax number.

For delivery in Belgium and Netherlands are the prices including delivery charges starting from 150 €. The delivery costs for orders of less than € 150 are specified during checkout. The cost for shipping to other countries are specified in order before the order is placed. Then the order can be waived.

Payment must be preceded by and the delivery is done through one of the following payment options: Bancontact, Maestro, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, bank transfer, Paypal, Belfius online, ING online, KBC online or iDEAL (Netherlands).

If paid by bank transfer, the order will not run until after receipt of the deposit amount. Pending is the ordered item be reserved for 10 calendar days, the period within which the transfer must have happened and payment the seller should have reached, if not void the order.

  1. Delivery

Delivery is only possible in the following countries: Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Austria, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Sweden and the Vatican City.

The delivery of the ordered item happens in Belgium either on the address specified by the customer, or by pickup at a kiala collection point, of your choice. Delivery in other countries is done either on the address specified by the customer or in the chosen post office or postpoint. Your chosen delivery option affects the delivery period.

The customer can also choose collection from the fish Ta Vie Concept store, Mill Street to 9300 Aalst 34. Higher among point 3 is an overview of the shipping costs to other countries.

When the customer chooses to send to a Kiala collection point, an email address or sent at the time the delivery is imparting with the transportfirmat. The delivery period shall run only in upon receipt of payment, whether by wire transfer is paid. The aim is to the shortest possible delivery time. The delivery period amounts to at least 1 business day and up to 30 days after receipt of payment for delivery in Belgium and Netherlands, and minimum 2 working days and up to 30 days in other countries.

The seller shall not be liable for any delay or failure of delivery by the carrier.

  1. Return

47-52 of the code in accordance with articles VI economic law, the consumer shall have a period of 14 days to terminate the contract without giving any reason to cancel free of charge.

Each ordered article within fourteen calendar days can be returned or exchanged for another article in the Vis Ta Vie Concept Store. The article must be in the store to be issued in the original packaging together with the return form. The customer will receive a voucher of your choice or refunded.

The customer can also the article within fourteen calendar days return by post. The article should then be packed in the original shipping box and together with the return form to be sent to the following return address: BVBA CD COLLECTION, French Roucelstraat 3, 9300 Aalst.
